A calf has been attacked by a herd of Komodo dragons despite the mother buffalo’s efforts to save her baby. Although Komodo dragons are not comparable in size to the mother buffalo, they are still capable of taking down an adult buffalo.

Therefore, it is difficult for calves to escape the sharp teeth of these dragons, they bite the prey’s leg to make the wound worse as well as cause infection so that the victim becomes weak and then eat the meat together.

In addition, Komodo dragons also have venom glands that can cause severe necrosis of wounds, which is also the reason why large prey is also helpless when attacked by them.

In the end, the calves did not escape their destiny.
